We collect the email addresses of anyone who posts messages to our bulletin boards, discussion forums or chat areas. Member Access to Information
We provide IMIA members with access to all information that we maintain about them including unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password), transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) and descriptive information about the member or their company. Members may access or correct this information by logging in to the website with their Member ID and updating their Member Profile. With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial data, we redirect visitors to a secure server. You can recognize this by looking for the "https" protocol in your browser's address bar.
